These filter materials can be selected according to different machining conditions, oil mist concentration, dust characteristics, and equipment models.
Proper filter material selection helps improve filtration efficiency, reduce equipment clogging, extend maintenance intervals, and maintain stable operation of oil mist collectors, industrial filtration equipment, and factory air purification systems.
Vertical Purification Filter Cartridge
The vertical purification filter cartridge adopts a three-layer special material and weaving process, achieving a filtration precision of up to 5 μm and a flow capacity of 110 LPM. It effectively filters out impurities and delays filter saturation.
Depending on the operating environment and machining conditions, pollutants such as mist, oil mist, smoke, and dust may cause environmental contamination. Different material combinations can be selected, including polyester fiber, resin fiber, high-efficiency HEPA, glass fiber, or ozone O₃ treatment, to create a high-efficiency oil mist recovery purification filter cartridge with an air purification efficiency of up to 99.9%.
Stainless Steel Functional Filter Mesh
The stainless steel functional filter mesh is made with a high-strength stainless steel wire mesh structure, offering excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and reusability through repeated cleaning. It is ideal for filtering operations involving high concentrations of metal chips, oil contamination, and high-temperature environments.
The mesh aperture is precise and stable, effectively capturing larger particles while ensuring smooth fluid passage. This helps extend the service life of downstream filters and equipment while reducing long-term maintenance costs.
360° Stainless Steel 3D Filter Element
The 360° stainless steel 3D filter element features a full-angle three-dimensional design and multi-layer metal mesh structure, providing uniform particle capture and fine impurity filtration from all directions.
The design increases contact surface area and flow efficiency, reducing pressure drop while improving overall filtration performance. Made entirely of stainless steel, it is durable, rust-resistant, suitable for long-term operation and high-flow industrial environments, and can be cleaned and reused multiple times.

Suitable for light oil mist, water mist, and light cutting environments. Filters particles down to approximately 10 μm.
S Series
Suitable for smoke, dense mist, and heavy cutting environments. Filters particles down to approximately 1 μm.
H Series
Suitable for oil mist, full oil machining, and environments with strict air quality requirements. Filters particles down to approximately 0.3 μm.
Model Selection Guide
L Series is suitable for water mist and light oil mist applications. S Series is recommended for dense mist, smoke, and heavy cutting environments. H Series is suitable for full oil machining, air-conditioned plants, or production sites with higher air quality requirements. Actual selection should be evaluated based on machining conditions, oil mist concentration, machine type, and on-site ventilation layout.
