LEE'S Oil Mist Collector disrupts traditional concepts with groundbreaking innovation, effectively eliminating concerns over equipment vibration and noise. Featuring an exclusive patented three-stage filtration system, the first stage utilizes a three-dimensional centrifugal self-rotation, while the second stage employs a three-dimensional upright 360-degree filter cartridge, capable of filtering particles larger than 20 microns and capturing 85% of oil mist particles. The final stage passes the air through a high-efficiency filter barrel, achieving a verified filtration efficiency of up to 99.97%.
Director Yi-Ping Chen explained that customers requiring oil mist collectors typically prioritize high precision and strict environmental and occupational safety standards. Thanks to its highly efficient multi-stage filtration system, the lifespan of the filter cartridge is twice as long as that of similar products on the market.
